A Blue Card is a form that records the scout's progress at completing a Merit Badge.

This record is used by the troop and the scout to track a scouts' progress in the specific Merit Badge that the card was issued for.

This website will provide information on how to obtain and fill out a Blue Card. There will also be information about what happens when the card is filled out by the scout, and what happens after the scout has completed the Merit Badge.
